Step 1.
Click on the title of a book you are interested in to view additional
information including the US$ price. Enter the
Amazon.com Price into the top left-hand box of the
currency calculator. No '$' sign is required.
Step 2.
Choose the method of shipment. (See details below)
Step 3.
Select your local currency from the drop-down list.
Step 4.
Click on the button labeled Go! and the local currency price, including the cost of shipping, is displayed. We take no responsibility for the accuracy of the exchange rate data. When the program is first loaded a message appears in the results box [@day-month-year] indicating the date the exchange rates were last updated.
Notes
Books: Amazon have three methods for International Shipments of Books as shown in the table below.There is also a cost per shipment and the shipping costs will vary depending on whether it is the first book or an additional book. The calculator is based on the amounts shown.

You can use this facility to check the final amount (including shipping) from Amazon.com and know what you will have to pay in your local currency.
How it Works
The above banner includes a JavaScript calculator for international customers of Amazon.com to determine the price in your local currency, including the costs associated with your choice of shipping method.
Amazon.com will debit your credit card the amount in $US on the day shipment takes place. Since this is some days after placing your order (maybe a few weeks if a book is on back order), and since currency exchange rates fluctuate daily, it is difficult to accurately forecast the exact price in your local currency.
